Recruiters (External and Internal) needed for Construction and Industrial Workers for Projects in Norway
NH Bemanning is seeking experienced External and Internal Recruiters to find top workers for roles such as Insulators, Electricians, Ventilation Fitters, Plumbers, Welders, Carpenters, Mechanics, etc.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source, screen, and recruit candidates.
- Develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Conduct interviews and assessments.
- Collaborate with hiring managers.
- Maintain a candidate database.
Qualifications:
- Proven recruitment experience in construction or industrial sectors.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
Conditions:
- Production-based bonuses per recruitment, or fee per working hour of the candidates you delivered
- You can work from anywhere if you work as an external recruiter
- You will work from our office in Vestby (near Oslo, Norway) if you work as an internal recruiter
