Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and well-organized HR & Production Coordinator to support our expanding operations. This versatile role combines HR coordination with production and project planning, offering flexibility and independence under a subcontractor agreement.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate recruitment and onboarding processes for skilled workersMaintain and update employee records, contracts, and HR documentationAssist with scheduling and workforce planning across multiple projectsCommunicate effectively with clients, project managers, and internal teamsEnsure compliance with Norwegian labor laws and internal policiesContribute to process improvement and assist in preparing reports

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in HR, staffing, or production coordinationExcellent organizational and communication skillsKnowledge of Norwegian labor regulationsAbility to work independently and manage multiple prioritiesProficiency in Microsoft Office and HR systemsFluency in English and Norwegian (both written and spoken)

Vi søker en proaktiv og strukturert HR- og Produksjonskoordinator til å støtte vår voksende virksomhet. Rollen kombinerer HR-koordinering med produksjons- og prosjektplanlegging, og gir stor fleksibilitet og selvstendighet gjennom en underleverandøravtale.

Arbeidsoppgaver

• Koordinere rekrutteringsprosesser og onboarding av fagarbeidereVedlikeholde og oppdatere ansattregistre, kontrakter og HR-dokumentasjonBistå med planlegging og bemanning på tvers av prosjekterKommunisere med kunder, prosjektledere og interne teamSikre etterlevelse av norsk arbeidslovgivning og interne rutinerBidra til forbedring av prosesser og utarbeidelse av rapporter

Kvalifikasjoner

• Minimum 2 års erfaring innen HR, bemanning eller produksjonskoordineringGode organisatoriske og kommunikative ferdigheterKjennskap til norsk arbeidslovgivningEvne til å arbeide selvstendig og håndtere flere oppgaver samtidigGod digital kompetanse, spesielt i Microsoft Office og HR-systemerFlytende i norsk og engelsk, både muntlig og skriftlig
