About the projects:
Project description for 1706 Sarpsborg – Norway
1 CNC operator.
CNC operator to operate the machines and have knowledge of programming on the PC.
(At a minimum have good experience with Mazatrol) Milling with HAAS and Mazak machines. They use Gibbs Cam.
Work on many types of materials; plastic, brass, bronze, aluminum, steel (regular, duplex and stainless steel).
Many different parts, from 1-100 items in a series is the normal. Have a project now with 600-800 items.
Rotation 6 weeks on, 2 weeks off / Or 3 weeks on, 1 week off.
– 48-50 hours pr week. Overtime is possible.
– Salary is from 274-307 depended on the experience and qualification.
– NH Bemanning pays kr 1000,- for travel money each month.
– Start is January, week 2.
Project description for 6422 Molde – Norway
CNC operator for machining of propeller blades and hubs, and then bolt holes and the like on/under the blade base. The client is a 4th generation foundry in central Molde that manufactures propeller components for ships in cast NiAl bronze. (Nikkel & aluminum bronze)
Info on the machine:
1. The machine is a 5-axis simultaneous milling machine – FPT Castel Terus 180
2. The controller is a CNC Heidenhain TNC640
3. We use NX CAM and are then on one of the latest versions, so either the 2007 series or the 2206 series
The project is for 12 months, then there is a possibility for permanent hiring by the client.
Salary: 275,- NOK per hour.
Rotation 6 weeks work following with 2 weeks off.
On rotation NH Bemanning pay for plane tickets to and from Oslo-Molde.
Starts 3rd January 2024
